Self-esteem

As a therapist, I like to approach your self-esteem/confidence by looking at the core of who you are. I believe that if you don’t know who you are, you will struggle to feel confident about yourself. Though it may sound simple, it can be a lot of work—especially if you are trying to combat self-doubt, negative self-talk, and feelings of inadequacy.

Helping my clients develop a healthy level of self-esteem is one of my favorite things to do as a therapist. The results are undeniably noticeable. Your outlook on life, approach to challenges, and ability to go after new opportunities can change drastically. As you continue in therapy, you will see personal growth and greater mental well-being that can have a ripple effect into relationships, work, goals and dreams, and other facets of your life.
