Gender and Sexuality
I have extensive experience working with diverse sexual, gender, and relationship identities including, but not limited to, people who are transgender, non-binary, gender fluid, lesbian, gay, asexual, bisexual, pansexual, and intersex. I welcome anyone and everyone with a safe, nonjudgmental approach.
There may—or may not—be a lot to process, such as exploring your gender identity versus gender expression, coming out (if, how, when, and to whom), being in a monogamous relationship or not, what medical transition might look like for you, and so much more! It’s imperative to have a safe, affirming professional to support you in this process.
I am here to help whether or not your LGBTQ+ identity is the focus of our work together. Even though these identities are important, they do not encompass all of you. We can address self-acceptance, personal growth, anxiety, depression, trauma, familial relationships, or anything else you might be experiencing. I want you to feel empowered to live authentically and thrive in all aspects of life.
